[ This post isn't going to be video, for a couple of reasons:

1. Kobato has no idea how to take care of herself so despite making progress and managing not to die off with the help of Sableye, she's kind of a mess.

2. She lost her contact, so she doesn't have one red eye anymore. Both of her eyes are blue now, oops.

She's also not exactly doing fabulously on the traveling front. Mostly because she spent so long actually even getting to where she was. ]

Kukuku, I have made it to Violet City. [ About damn time. ] And now, I must pose a question for you mortals~

Where might I acquisition a tent?

[ In the background, Sableye starts calling out again and again, so instead of asking anything else, she shuts it off to see what he wants. Replies will come ICly in about 20-30 minutes. ]

[ Where did Kobato go after Sableye called her? The two made it over to a patch of trees behind the Pokemon Center. If anyone sees her heading behind those to go pick out a place with Sableye, feel free to come talk to her! It's the evening right now, so she and Sableye are just looking for a place to sit down and relax. ]

[Then again he's not too sure. He didn't need to buy a tent since he enjoyed just having his sleeping bag to rest in.]

[Then she better keep on watching! If she's listening, she's sure to hear the sounds of someone moving around the area before the video switches on to the view of The Great Kanto Outdoors. There are treeees, and graaaaaaaaass, and mosssss, and cute, widdle, pokebabies surrounding a young man in an apron.

I'm watching! [ She sounds pretty enthusiastic too. There's a Pokemon making noise behind her going "Sableye, Sableye!" too, almost as to confirm she's watching if Kobato isn't. ]

[And in three... two... one -- bam! He has shown her the easiest way to put together a tent.

All he did was throw it over a tree branch and tie down the four corners... Does it seriously look stable enough to brave strong weather...?

His pokebabies, two Sentret, a Charmander, and an overgrown pidgey Pidegeot help out as much as they can. Rin's pretty proud of his make-shift tent. It has helped him through many an outdoor experience. Just barely.]

And that's all there is to it!

[ She watches, but.. with all the helping going on.. ]

How do you do it without friends? Sableye and I don't have anyone else.

[What? All alone? -- okay, he still doubted she was some blood-sucker, but she still sounded like just a kid. Rin softens up a little.]

It would be hard without my friends here, but you have a friend there. And just the two of you might be enough. I'll try it first.

[And he does exactly that. He asks Poochyena to give him a hand instead. While it takes more time (and way more effort on Rin's part) the task gets done).] See? ...But, if you want, maybe I could send one of my friends to help you out. ...I won't be able to get to Violet in time for tonight. Doesn't mean I won't keep you company.

[ He'd definitely be right. Kobato likes to pretend to be a vampire. The darkness being her only companion sort of take on things helps her feel better about having no friends. Also, she really likes her favorite anime. She won't even wear cooler clothes if the Isis in Fullmetal Necromancer doesn't have an alternate outfit. ]

I'm heading to Goldenrod! Hayate said he's going to help me there. You don't have to go out of your way. [ She doesn't want to inconvenience him since, y'know, they haven't actually even given each other names. ]

I can make it! [ She sounds almost a little pouty. She wants to make it since she already made it this far. (At least she's determined? Though that might be because a couple of guys made fun of her for asking for help.) ] I'll make it...

[ Nope she's taking the way through the cave and the forest and is going to get lost in the forest. ..Not the cave though, because Sableye is BORN for caves!! ]
